An updated list of Second Trimester Teacher Office Hours is now available. The primary purpose of office hours is to give students and families multiple, timely opportunities to communicate with teachers about academic and behavioral progress, replacing the underutilized traditional Parent/Teacher Conferences. During office hours, teachers, students, and/or parents can meet in person, via Microsoft Teams, or by telephone.
This school year, Mason Middle School and Mason High School will be taking part in a new pilot program replacing traditional Parent/Teacher Conferences with teacher office hours. During contract negotiations this past summer, Mason Public Schools (MPS) teachers and administration agreed to enhance the opportunities for communication between schools and families. To that end, MPS has committed to a one-year pilot program regarding Parent/Teacher Conferences.
Families of incoming 6th graders are invited to learn more about Mason Middle School and what to expect as students begin 6th grade. Check out the MMS 6th Grade Parent Newsletter and plan to attend Open House on Monday, August 19 at 4 PM.
The newsletter contains information about MMS sports, clubs, activities, counselors, transportation, meals, schedules and more!
All 2024-25 Open Houses will be Monday, August 19, 2024. We look forward to meeting new students and welcoming Bulldogs back to school!
