College/University/Military Representatives - Schedule Visits to Mason High School

We welcome visits to Mason High School. We use an online service called Repvisits for scheduling. There are two visit types:

  • Cafeteria visits are Monday and Friday from 10:11 - 11:59 a.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 9:59 - 11:41 a.m., and Wednesday from 10:39 - 12:11 p.m. These are open to both college/university admissions as well as all branches of the military.

  • Small Group Classroom visits are only available when we have homeroom on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:46 - 12:16 p.m. These are reserved for college/university admissions representatives only. These meet in our library or a classroom (when library is in use). These visits are 30 minutes.

Please click on the link  to create an account and schedule a visit. We are working with regarding the two visit types, but until they are able to create a new template, please note that classroom visits are 30 minutes and are college admissions only. Thank you and any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Kathleen Oakes at or 517-676-9055.
